PrettyWork Creative LLC, is an award-winning, woman-owned, Cypress-based studio specializing in video production and storytelling. We also provide brand development, and design creative services to our clients. We believe every business deserves not only pretty work but branded work that tells each company’s story across multiple channels.

Our chief pretty work creator and resident marketing stylist, Lisa N. Alexander, got the company’s name from her days as an art director at a Houston nonprofit. Coworkers would drop work off on her desk and ask her to “make it pretty” and she did! As an independent consultant, her clients would say when they want “pretty work” they hire Lisa and that’s how we got our name.

PrettyWork Creative is home to some of the finest creative talent to ever power on a Mac or stand behind a camera. These professionals have a passion for what they do and bring such incredible excellence to the PrettyWork family.

Clients hire us to create videos and tell stories worth watching. They hire us to tell stories about the people they serve in a way that humanizes and never victimizes. We’ve been asked repeatedly to forego the “White Savior” approach and to empower the people in front of the camera.

Yes, we believe every company deserves pretty work but pretty work doesn’t just win awards. We define pretty work as branded work that effectively communicates your message to your desired audience. We’ve developed a real knack for combining storytelling and powerful video and images to draw your audience and capture their attention.

Each client has a different story to tell with a different audience to reach so how we approach work for each is different. No cookie-cutter solutions but the results are the same – target audience reached.

At PrettyWork, we like to think that preparing entrepreneurs, small businesses, and government agencies for their marketing debuts is a lot like getting Hollywood stars ready for red carpet events. A lot of preparation goes into both!
